This 10 Habits is the introductory course to Inner Pharmacy. Here we get acquainted to aligning our lifestyle to the natural rhythms of our body and the governing control system knows as the circadian rhythm. When we do this, our internal chemistry changes and our body feels lighter, abundant and full of vitality.
During this course we learn the 10 key principles. We follow a specific framework to embed each principle into our life You will work alongside those on the Inner Pharmacy Course, gaining their insights and experiences whilst having the freedom to work at your own pace.
