Marma Therapy  I  70 min - $145+gst

Using warm medicated oil with pressure applied to 108 Marma (acupressure) points are activated.  This energises, rejuvenates and balances the body. 

Chakra Massage  I   60 min - $105+gst

Subtle pressure applied to the 7 main energy centers with Sandlewood paste which chanting mantra's.  This induces deep relaxation, relief from a busy mind, uncomfortable emotions and chronic health conditions

Shirodhara  I   90 min - $215+gst

This therapy involves a full abhyanga massage followed by 30 minutes of Shirodhara treatment. The gentle continuous flow of medicated oil to the forehead helps bring balance to the endocrine and nervous systems.

Basti  I   75 min - $195

Basti is a specialised treatment to a localised area.  Warm medicated oil penetrates through the skin into the body tissues to repair and rejuvenate the area of concern.

When placed on the heart, it helps resolves, heart related concerns and addresses long term emotional issues, unresolved grief and depression.  

When placed along the spine, it resolves muscular and neural spinal conditions such as sciatica, slipped discs, scoliosis and general back pain.
