Introductory Workshop

This workshop is not just an introduction to Sujok it’s also a sharing of lived experience. After my stroke and navigating challenges with movement and wellbeing, Sujok became a primary support tool to recovery

Rooted in microsystem mapping and energy flow principles, Sujok reflects the entire body through the hands and feet. 
In this workshop, you will learn:
  • The foundations of Sujok Therapy
  • How the body is mapped onto the hands and feet
  • Practical techniques for everyday health concerns
  • How to apply Sujok for self-care and ongoing support

You are invited to celebreate one of the most auspicious day in the Vedic (ancient) calendar, "Guru Purnima" with a traditional Vedic Flower Ritual.
